White Ceramic Sink Cleaner

Today i m sharing this little tip for cleaning a white porcelain sink straight out of the my new book the cleaning ninja if you have a white porcelain sink at home like our farmhouse sink then you know how beautiful they can look when they re shiny clean but also how quickly they can get looking a little dull and gross.

If your porcelain sink is white pour some bleach into it. To clean and shine a porcelain sink first remove everything from your sink and wipe it down with soapy water. One way to clean your ceramic sink is to use baking soda a soft sponge and lemon juice. A couple of years ago i shared a post on showing how to clean a stainless steel sink and have gotten tons of emails asking how to clean a ceramic sink.

Gently clean with liquid soap and dry. Then use a clean sponge to scrub the bottom sides and rim of the porcelain. Scrub the sink with your sponge until all debris has been removed and then rinse the sink with water. Fill the sink with a solution of one part white vinegar and three parts hot water.

Remove any food soap or toothpaste build up from the surface. Well last year i replaced my stainless steel sink with a ceramic one and now i can finally answer that question. Using warm water liquid soap and a sponge gently clean the porcelain sink.
